Everyone has their favourite version of a slaw, but this one really is a treat and has to be checked out. The cilantro mixed with ginger, garlic, vinegar and soy sauce really make it a flavour explosion. The tofu is coated in brown sugar, ginger and soy sauce to give it a very asian dish feel to it. The only cooking required is a quick fry of the tofu for about 5 minutes each side, so it’s also a very quick dish to make when you’re in a hurry.
