White beans are still a go to meal at the moment. They are absolutely packed with protein and iron, and better yet they are super cheap. They soak up the flavour of everything around them so it’s also not that hard to get kids to enjoy them (well… Maybe just a little). Like any other chili recipe, this is a great one to cook up on a Sunday and eat for lunches/dinners throughout the week.
