Paella is a spanish dish that revolves around white rice soaking up the flavours of the surrounding meat and veges to make a plump filling meal. While some may say there is no such thing as paella without meat (or seafood), this recipe comes pretty close in giving you those deep rich flavours soaked into bomba rice.
