Main Ingredients : Portabello Mushrooms, Sunflower Seeds, Sweet Onion, Mushrooms, Diced Celery, Carrot, Dijon Mustard, Rosemary

You can either do this recipe raw or cooked. But for raw, you will need a dehydrator to really make it work. Sunflower seeds are also a great source of Magnesium and Protein, so go nuts with them!
