Waffles (Or pancakes as they are known in New Zealand) are a treat that often get skipped once going vegan. There really isn’t any reason to miss out since you can still create a great waffle (And maybe even arguably a better waffle!) that doesn’t require milk or eggs. This recipe uses chia seeds and flaxmeal which add another dimension to the taste and texture.
