Baked oatmeal is a great wholesome breakfast. You can cook it on a sunday evening, and keep it in the fridge for using the entire week. Just pour a little almond milk over some of the baked oatmeal in a bowl, microwave on high for approx 60 seconds and you are good to go. Persimmons can sometimes be hard to come by in a regular supermarket, so make sure you check your local veggie store.
