I’ve been a big fan of baked oats in the past, but sometimes they can be a bit “stodgy” and you may want something lighter for breakfast (Especially as you head into the warmer part of the year). For that, there is always regular old muesli. But this time, it comes with a ginger and pear twist! Be sure to try and make the creamy cashew milk to accompany it. It may take a bit more work, but cashew milk is amazing when done right!
