Looking for a super easy snack that is as nutritious as it is tasty? Or maybe a starter that is cheap and simple to prepare? Then definitely take a look at these stuffed mushrooms. They are filled with garlic, cashews, spinach, basil, lemon juice, olive oil and the mushroom stems to create a super simply puree (Just throw into a blender and whiz). 15 minutes in the oven and they are ready to serve.
Note : If cashews really aren’t your thing, then you can try with any other nut like walnuts, pecans or almonds. Even things like pumpkin and/or sunflower seeds work well.
