The peanut-siraracha sauce used on the tofu gives it a very “satay” type flavour. It tastes like something you may get at a thai restaurant, but with a bit more zing from the sriracha sauce. It’s also a great idea to make more sauce than you think you will need, as it’s great to add to simple stir fries or salads.
