This recipe really stuck out from the rest because it uses a macadamia “cheese” sauce. Very often you will see cashews or tofu used to get that creamy feel, but this is something new all together. It’s also served cold instead of hot, which may put some people off, but the flavors are so much more intense when they haven’t had the goodness baked out of them.
