Another raw cheesecake that uses creamed cashews for the “cheese”. But the big difference is this one also uses almonds to give it a slightly different nutty flavor. The base is made from only dates and oats, making it super healthy aswell as super filling. After making the cheesecake portion without the topping, it does need to sit in the fridge for between 2 – 3 hours, so make sure you have enough time!
