This is such an easy quiche recipe. Almost everything gets thrown in the blender and whizzed until it’s a nice thick and creamy consistency, and then it’s all poured into a pre-made pie crust, topped off with some broccoli. You don’t have to use a pre-made pie dish however, if you are feeling adventurous, you can of course make it from scratch! If broccoli or spring onions aren’t your thing, just swap them out for 3 1/2 cups of whatever veges you prefer, almost anything works in a quiche.
